Fabian Thylmann (born 5 June 1978) is an entrepreneur who hails from Germany who was the founder and the managing partner of Internet pornography company Manwin (now MindGeek). In October 2013, he disposed of part of the business that was at the time the biggest operator of pornography worldwide. Since then, he is an angel investor in young Startups situated in Brussels, Belgium where he also operates a coworking and incubator space, SN-Cube.

In April of 2015, Thylmann was indicted by Cologne, Germany federal prosecutor for tax evasion. The charges were dropped after Thylmann paid five million euros, but he has a suspended sentence to serve in a different case.

In October of 2013, Thylmann stepped down and was sold to Manwin at EUR73 million, citing unspecified reasons.
